Deep Holly bowl
A lovely piece of Holly. In spite of this tree having ben felled a good number of years ago it still decided that it was going to move once turned making it slightly oval. Often Holly turns an ugly sort of grey but in this piece the colouring works. The gap in the rim is where there was a small branch.
It has been hand turned, hand finished and polished to give a rich glossy finish.
The bowl is approx. 3“ high and 7.55“ in diam.
